You should pick a specific niche to focus on and have sufficient knowledge to provide quality and unbiased articles. Your readers will surely find you and before you know it, you have built a community of loyal readers. For example, look at; howtogeek.com (Niche; Tech related tips, tricks and how-to’s), danielstechblog.io (Hardcore programming tips and tutorials)
