There were roads that needed utmost priority and Ambode ignored them. Airport road was still okay and easily accessible as compared to many other roads in Lagos, including Oshodi where he felt building whatever he is building around it is more important than sorting out the traffic in the area. Poor road networking is also another major problem in Lagos.
Lol @the whatever he is building at oshodi, I'm yet to see someone that can explain what is going on at oshodi to a layman. Anytime I pass through with someone, the question of what is going on always pop up

That's Federal.. States have to pass it into law to make it work in their various states
That's NOT true. Once enacted federally, it operates all over the federation. The FOI is law in every part of Nigeria.

Seriously I was expecting to see that road. some pit are so deep you can bury someone there.

And there was a governor who was in office for four good years and couldn't do a thing about it?

That's not a sign of a good governor.

if you people noticed,if lagos has as much population than all north put toghether....
then the chance that atiku could have won last election would be more crazy....

lagosians are like perform or get lost....they dont care about anything else....

and mind you, lagosians dont see themselves as separate individuals....

they may have some privat separations but at the end, they always go for perform or get lost....!!

There shouldn't be sands on the walkway... They gotta tile everything up! These roads look too good to be ruined and degraded by those Sandy walkways!
We see foreign countries forgodsake,,, even the poor ones still find a way to get rid of the sandy views on the streets and sideways... Maybe with grasses, be it synthetic, real grasses or other means. Stuff like that make us look local and further label us as a fukking third world country.

I've no idea why we are so slack in that area. In many other African countries, efforts are made to keep the streets free of sand, and build sidewalks with covered drainage. But for us it's as if we don't even notice the sand and open gutters. Something is seriously wrong with us as a people.
