Because i know scammers don't make apologies and moreover you were never asked to pay a dime, so how does that relates to scamming?

you made promises you could not keep and decided to blame unamed persons for your inability to do so. Apologies won't change the fact that you gave potential job seekers false hope, which is essentially the scam I am talking about
