Dopkesi just obtained a Black market Judgement. The suspension must stand, this will serve as deterrents to their Staffs who have been promoting Propaganda against the Government. 3 Likes

kokaneprodigy:Read slowly again. Maintain the status quo then ask what's the status quo. DAAR was suspended 24hours ago sir.The May 30 inclusion in the body of the article doesn't mean that the judge stated as such. The restraining order wasn't given from by the court 2 Likes |

Bizlifelines201: Bros read again cos I doubt if you did.. "A Federal High Court in Abuja has reversed the withdrawal of operating licence of the Daar Communications PLC over alleged breach of broadcasting code. Justice Inyang Ekwo on Friday ordered the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture, the Attorney General of the Federation to revert back to state of affairs before May 30, 2019" 6 Likes 2 Shares |

The status quo is License suspended. Well the court failed to understand that the NBC Act is final. It didn't make provision for offenders to appeal. So what the 9th Assembly should do is to review it 2 Likes |

happney65:This is in the interpretation of the writer. The real judgement doesn't restrain so if it doesn't restrain and gives an order to maintain the status quo, the writer is playing games with the mind of the reader because of the political interest in the case. The writer is not the court. That's why the writer didn't quote the judge state unequivocally May 30. 3 Likes |

Paperwhite: Yes. This was the exact tyranny of 1983-1985. When people fail to learn/read history, they're bound to repeat it. Jonathan endured worst, why Buhari can't endure opposition bewilders me. 1 Like 1 Share |

happney65: Guy, the writer of this article is much smarter than you folks. The first two sentences is just a bait to lure you folks to read. He wants to wet your appetite. Read again the judgement of the Court. Status quo means current state of things Status quo ante means state of things before now. Can you now understand? 4 Likes |

So they use ex-parte orders when they are against the ropes.. Same ex-parte orders they fight whenever assets are temporarily forfeited and same ex-parte they condemned when Chief Justice of PDP Walter Onnoghen was removed.. The thunder that will fire PDP is still boiling beans.. 1 Like |

AfonjaBoston: No...It means status before the license withdrawal stands. License withdrew on the 6th of June 2019 but the court is saying maintain status before 31st of May 2019. It’s a simple maths. 3 Likes |

happney65:The overzealous journalist who penned the report clearly misinterpreted the court order. The judge never ordered for the suspension of the license to be lifted. The suspension was effected yesterday June 6th. So ask yourself what happened on May 30th that the judge mentioned. 1 Like |
