Knows how to manage the office vis a vis proper filing of documents and secure keeping of files. Able to construct well worded letters without supervision. Highly proficient in Microsoft office package, outlook and similar packages & has good supervisory skills. Good & legible hand writing. All in all has a passion for the role.

2. Accounts staff:
Must have requisite capabilities, temperament & character eg, job experience, organizational skills, must be logically organized and able to assist & guide the Director through the day. Highly proficient in accounting systems, duties ef accounts receivable, accounts payable, double entry, management accounts, Profit & loss, Trial balance, remittance of taxes. Highly proficient in accounting packages eg Peachtree, Quickbooks, Tally, Sage. Works in an organized & helpful manner.Good & clear hand writing. A passion for the role .

3. Sales staff: able to generate sales in the Furniture industry. Good presentable neat appearance. Understands selling principles and can translate efforts to profits. Must have good organizational skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft office package. Proficiency in a popular accounting package is a plus. Good believable personality.
