According to the doctor who video this, he said he was bitten by a reckless dog 2weeks ago and now it get to this stage.

Dog lovers we think we neeed to be more careful about dogs, tho in the comment sections some nigerians think the barking was not as a result of rabbies. May be doctors in the house can enlighten us more.
