Position: Executive Assistant to Pastor
Location: Abule Egba/Kola axis, Lagos
Job Description
• Reporting to the senior pastor, you will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the Pastor, helping him to manage and prioritise his time.
• You will manage and maintain church contact, email account, filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
• Cordinating rally, evangelism, out reach and give direction to other members of the evangelism team.
• Must be a male and stay close to Abule Egba/Kola axis
• Must have leadership skills and relevant administrative experience.
• Dynamic, resilient, proactive and share the vision of the Church with great passion of seeing it fulfilled.
• Must be able to operate independently and also work with a team and assume leadership role when necessary.
• Minimum OND and willing to learn.
• Must be organized, able to prioritize, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Excellent customer service, effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Power point)
• Ready to attend all church programmes including vigils
