A 61-year old man, Jeremiah Obifor, has been arrested in Lagos after he did the unthinkable by using a sharp cutlass to cut off the hand of an 11-year old boy, Master Goodluck Amechi, over fish. P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Isha Ibrahim Street, Mechanic Bus Stop, Mebamu area of Okoko, Lagos, where they reside. The suspect was angry that the victim went close to his fish pond and suspected that he wanted to steal his fish. He then reportedly brought out a cutlass and descended on the boy.
