Hmm...The system of policing in Nigeria leaves one to wonder if actually Nigeria planned for independence...... Or they are just test running... After how many years of independence? We still don't have a police that knows it's job and how to go about it.... Lacking in everything thing.. Neatness, discipline, intelligence, ethics, conscience and even brain...
