Samuel Okpanimo was all full of smiles today as the Presidential Panel on SARS Reform handed over a Toyota vehicle recovered during its sitting in Abuja to him. Mr. Okpanimo’s vehicle was arbitrarily taken from him by operatives of “Special Anti-Robbery Squad” SARS and had lost hope of recovering it but to his delight and amazement, the Panel after hearing on his case ordered that the vehicle be returned.
