I urgently need information on how someone can get a postgraduate scholarship in foreign lands. I'm currently running my postgraduate programme in one of the foremost university in the country and thinking if I can further outside the country for my Ph.D on scholarship.

My questions are:
How can I start the process?
Any country you think has numerous opportunities like that?
what are the requirements?


N.B: I'm interested in Research and seeking for scholarships in Foreign land.
