How much are you willing to lease for a yr? If its to sell ,what is the payment plan?

I want to sell (not lease). I want capital for a new venture. For the same reason, instalmental payment plan would not be sufficient for me. But the price has come way down to 7.4million. Its really worth considering.

The earthen ponds has the below
