According to a video posted by one of the mbaise resident in imo state, This fulani Herdman is claiming right after he was caught with his cattle in another Man's farm. He was chased away by the resident residing in the area but he refused to go claiming rights about ownership of every where in nigeria.

He even said no police or soldeir can arrest him, he said if he calls his boss, everyone might even be arrested if thwy touch his cattle.
