Look at these death traps below.
They are the grievous images of AKADORO bridge. The only major bridge that connects Ekka, Ogboji, Nkomoro & Inyere communities and some parts of Umuezoka.

The people in this part of the state are dying silently in excruciating pains. Severally, many people, including school children have slipped off this bridge and got horribly drowned. Car owners can't dare go home in their vehicles, even farmers are gnashing teeth.
Thickmatch.com learnt that the local government is getting over #200million monthly allocation and my people still die in privations and abandonments? Only Ezza North in Ebonyi State of Nigeria has no good roads, no electricity, no portable water, no bridges and nobody is saying something about it; not even the council chairman.

Is there not a Senator for that area who gets allowance for 'Constituency Projects'
Is there not a Federal house member who gets the same?
Does the state not have a governor?
Have the people in that area organised themsevels to protest about the state of the bridge?
During the last elections did they make the reparir of that bridge a mandatroy condition or did they sell
their votes for reharge cards and rice?
Nigerians are their own worst enemies. Untill they learn to fight for what is theirs, their leaders wil continue to exploit and cheat them

Welcome to the world of greed and selfish interest! Each leader in that LGA is only interested in surpassing his predecessor in looting! In 2007 the chairman of that LGA and his cohorts gobbled up world Bank funds that were meant to fix all these erosion and build bridges... here we are today...
Asked a few of the LGA staff why they don't stand up to challenge these leaders the answer I got was "Dem go jus kill you if you talk!"
So...let the looting continue...let nature also continue to devastate that area....

This is what happens when the people of a particular region are more interested in what happens in Kaduna, Lagos and Abuja rather than making their own leaders accountable.

This particular area has a Senator, Representatives in the House of Representatives/Assembly, Councillor and a governor.

Let them keep focusing on the man in Bourdillion until they become refugees in their own enclaves.

This kind of bridges is very common in Lagos.

It is called Pako bridge.

Those people asking for the senator presenting there, I can show you pako bridges in senatorial district of senators in Lagos.

It is a common thing, even in VI.

This is a bridge in the middle of the wilderness, probably. Are you expecting a Berger bridge everywhere. This is a misplaced criticism of government.
