If you mean 4k videos, depending on your budget:
Uk used lg v30 or pocophone f1, r redmi note 7 pro, redmi k20 or k20 pro, xiaomi mi 9 and any of the iPhone from iPhone 6 upwards

The battery is good. Slightly cracked screen but everything working perfectly Very powerful phone.

Aside iPhones or slightly maybe Samsung I don't see another phone giving you a decent video unless of course u want it video to be looking as old as psquare bizzy body video lol
