Sales and Marketing of Electrical and Power product/services of PMD
Job Responsibilities

Work with Business Manager on Electrical Sales and Business development in the Country.
Meeting regularly, Consultants and Electrical Contractors towards brand engagement and engaging with Project Engineers to generate enquiries and meet booking and revenue targets.
Generate Market intelligence and paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry and preparing strategies to counteract.
Consultative selling and technical presentations, support roadshows for Electrical products. , provide solutions to customer needs and requirements.
Support IS to prepare system architecture and technical and commercial proposals for reviews, and timely submission.
Prepare reports and presentations for management related to sales and revenue, project funnel.
Support panel building activities in Port Harcourt to ensure that quality of the products conforms to Specs.
Generate Installation, Commissioning and retrofitting business in Electrical.
Requirements

Engineering degree/diploma in Electrical / Electronics
Sound technical knowledge of Electrical Engineering.
Should be well versed with the Nigerian Electrical market with regard to the Infrastructure and Industrial sector.
Must have 5-10 years working level experience in selling Electrical Panels and Switchgears.
Thorough Knowledge of Power and Control systems in Design, Configuration and generating SLDs and Drawings.
Skilled in the use of computers, adapts to new technology, learns new programs quickly.
Experience in third party interfaces, Industrial Networking, Safety Concepts,Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Switchgears.

Job Responsibilities

Estimate market size / share for metering skids portfolios, gather competition intelligence (SWOT), map customer organization & develop market pricing strategy.
Implement vendor registrations with IOC, NOC, Marginal Field, Independent Operators, and Gas Distribution Companies (SNG, NGC, NGMC), develop customer account plans, improve opportunity funnel quality / conversion rates, and develop credible pursuit strategies and sales forecasts.
Conduct win / loss analysis and identify opportunities for sales and operations continuous improvement & productivity.
Co-ordinate and collaborate across the organization with various functional teams, business development managers and key account managers to gather support, co-operation, active participation, and contribution to grow the metering skid business in the region.
Promote and effectively communicate metering skids portfolio value proposition to customers and end users..
Attend to RFQs and coordinate with bids & proposals / business development managers to ensure that proper technically commercial offers are submitted to clients.
Generating periodic reports and statistics regarding sales achievements and prospects against budget.
Support all cash collection actions to keep over dues at the very minimum
Qualification with NCDMB & NIPEX
Registrations with IOCs/MFOs/NOCs/Nigerian Independents/NGC/SNG/NGMC
Tracking NipeX Tenders
Requirements

Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical / Instrumentation.
Good working knowledge of Sales Process, Proposal Making / Cost Estimation.
Experience and Exposure to Energy Sector (Oil & Gas, Power Industry Verticals)
Good understanding of Metering Skid business / value proposition.
Good knowledge of Quality Control procedures and documentation.
