Taking a cue from this Bible passage
1st Samuel 28:7-15
In the Hebrew Bible, the Witch of Endor is a woman Saul consulted to summon the spirit of prophet Samuel in the 28th chapter of the First Book of Samuel in order to receive advice against the Philistines in battle after his prior attempts to consult God through sacred lots and prophets had failed.
SUBMISSION OF THE JEWS (SADDUCES)
"The Jews of our days believe that after the body of a man is interred, his spirit goes and comes, and departs from the spot where it is destined to visit his body, and to know what passes around him; that it is wandering during a whole year after the death of the body, and that it was during that year of delay that the Pythoness of Endor evoked the soul of Samuel, after which time the evocation would have had no power over his spirit".

I think it is definitely debatable that after death, what comes next isn't judgment.

It happens even now..u hear when they say a person dies mysteriously that his spirit will be conjoured to take revenge..it’s demons the necromancers communicate with that carry out the act at a price unknown to those asking for it.

I honestly believe that the witch of Endor was expecting to see a demon who was supposed to impassionate Samuel but she had a surprise in the sense that the real Samuel was allowed to come up and deliver Gods judgement upon Saul the king.

When God said to Adam 'in the day you eat of the fruit in the midst of the garden, you will positively die' Genesis 2:16-17
Satan said 'you will NOT positively die' Genesis 3:4

This is the beginning of the whole issue about death.

Adam and Eve died completely, and nothing survives their body! Ecclesiastes 3:19-20, 9:5-10

But after some angels have sinned against God, he{God} excommunicated them {2Peter 2:4 compared to Jude 6} the same way he did to Adam and Eve before the finally expired. Genesis 5:5
These fallen angels have been working along with Satan against whatever God said. So whenever people goes to inquire of any deceased, they disguises as if the dead still existed somewhere to deceive all the descendants of Adam. It is all in a bid to make people believe the LIE{Genesis 3:4} rather than the TRUTH! Genesis 2:17

Regarding the text that says 'after death judgement',
God has no business with the dead, his program is only for the living, so faithful descendants of Adam who died as a result of Adamic sin{Romans 5:12} should be given an opportunity to prove their loyalty to God. That is why they will be resurrected back to life in order for them to learn how to become perfect from a perfect teacher{Jesus}. All those who agrees with his teaching will finally be tested{Revelation 20:7-9} after the training which will lasted for 1,000 years{Revelation 20:1-2} during which Satan and his demons will be rendered inactive!

For the main time, all those who had the opportunity of learning what Jesus taught right from the day he started his earthly ministry until now, but refused to make the best use of that undeserved kindness of God{grace} have been judged already{John 3:18} therefore if they died in that condition their is no resurrection for them!
Resurrection is mainly for Christians and pre-Christian faithful humans alone {righteous} except only those who lived by conscience{unrighteous} without knowing God's laws! Act 24:14-15
The wages of sin is death, so all those who rejected Jesus' message along with those who lived a life of wickedness, they have all died so God have no business with them because they have paid for their wickedness at death! Romans 6:23 compared to Romans 6:7

1. The Bible passages quoted clearly stated that it was Samuel's soul that was evoked and not any principality.
2. Can you show me the Bible passage that said Samuel and Saul are not going to the same place?

Oga I don’t usually dialogue bible with people that don’t connect scriptures.....”all these can u show me where it is said” are just word games...the Old Testament are clear shadows of the New Testament, the Bible says so. u can’t read them independently, u will have urself confused in so many ways and have many unanswered questions.

The way u interpreter scriptures is funny... is the devil not a liar....God told Adam and Eve they will die if they partake of the fruit....God knew what he was saying...

@ Revelations 12:9 Jesus made it clear that Satan is the same serpent that started the deceit from the beginning and throughout human history he has continued deceiving humanity till today!

Well it's a training for certain! Remember that Adam is our biological father NOT Jesus, so Jesus is only taken up the fatherly responsibility Adam forfeited which is teaching all his descendants how to become obedient to his heavenly father{Luke 3:38}
The training supposed to be from one generation to another generation{Deuteronomy 6:4-7} meaning each father will continue passing the info to his own child!
Since Adam failed in this respect, Jesus took up the responsiblity so that whoever accepts the teachings from Jesus can live forever{John 3:16} this is the original prospect God had in mind for Adam and his progenies had it been he remain obedient like Jesus! John 8:28 compared to Genesis 1:26
If Adam remained obedient, there wouldn't be anything like sin leading to sickness and death! Matthew 9:2

So we must all pass through that training section before we can live forever! The only teacher qualified to teach us all is Jesus {Matthew 23:8} all those who exercise faith in him will be given the gift of everlasting life{Romans 6:23} Adam our biological father has sold us all into slavery to sin and death{Romans 5:12}
But Jesus came to serve as our teacher as in a WONDERFUL COUNSELOR in form of a MIGHTY GOD, an EVERLASTING FATHER unlike our biological DEATH father{Adam} and through this GREAT PRINCE we will have exquisite delight in the abundance of PEACE! Isaiah 9:6 compared to Psalms 37:11
