How am I sure it has not been in use since then ? U're not sure but am sure

Using it for 4 months makes it fairly used and not brand new - As stated it was used for 2 weeks and not being sold as brand new, Google the price of a brand new one

Yes it can, it would however be ideal if you add one more 300watts panel to make it 900 watts especially if u'll be using 200ah batteries x 2 but if u're looking at 150ah or 100ah batteries then the panels will be adequate. You will also require an MPPT Charge controller to complete ur set up.

I meant "ideal" thanks for the correction, type and spec of controller will be based on ur budget and ur needs, for amps anything from 30a and above will do. Go to the link below and read up on the thread posted, u'll be better off for it.
