The woman IS NOT mentally deranged. She simply has a limited mental developmental state of a 6 to 9 year old. This means she is perfectly fine but cannot mentally reason above the level of a 6 to 9 year old. There are several people like that. if her state was at the level of a 2 year old i would understand but a 6-9 year old? That Judge is Mad.

She knows she is pregnant and has already developed a bond with the baby she is carrying. Even at that level of mental development, children know how to care and love and i seriously doubt she would pose any risk to that child especially since her mother is also against the abortion and would surely assist in her upbringing.

You are 1000% wrong. In this case the society has failed. A 22 week old fetus to be aborted when there is already the presence of a caregiver (the mother of the pregnant woman)?

No report of anything wrong with the baby. He would rather order the murder of a baby rather than allow the birth because of the mental state of the mother which is that of a 9 year old?
