Hmmm....this country is just funny. Can you imagine what the trader is saying. That there are more customs officers and checks in the south of Nigeria that there are in the north so he comes in through Adamawa.

You will have expected that with an insurgency raging in those regions all the forces will be concentrated there to shut out intruders but no. i think nigeria had spoken about developing the lake, and that was a major problem Buhari tendered to the United Nations, and Jihad is fighting with nigeria there again!
They could have help Buhari to develop the lake and not fighting him!
