Yes, for us we got 2 Iceberg 22 ice block Capacity Machines, One Water treatment plant, pumping machine, Ice Cube machine, 2 stabilizers, all pipe connections

These machines set up made us an average of 25-30k per day, which amounts to 150k-180k per week or 600k-720k per month at working hours between 8am-6pm, Monday to Saturday (6 working days).

Demand is usually high due to the weather temperature of our country, power shortage and increase number of retail outlets, clubs and restaurants. These were our major customers.

The 2 Ice blocks machines produces 44 sets of Ice blocks in 2hrs and our working hours is set for an average of 10 hrs per day, which means we go for 5 batches a day. We get an approximate of N20,000 worth of diesel to power our 15KVA Generator daily. Diesel cost about N230 per ltr and we only need 2 ltrs per hour. We sell one block for N200 (at the current market share). Remember, we do not experience 24hrs power failure every day but it's usually best to work on worse case scenario because of unforeseen circumstances.

So do the mathematics and you'll discover how much is made per batch in every 2 hrs for 44 blocks at N200 minus the daily cost of power (44x200x5)-20,000. Using the ice cube machine, we sell 40 bags of ice cubes to clubs on Saturdays at N300 per bag to cover some of the miscellaneous expenses and transportation cost incurred to deliver some of these blocks to our customers (Retailers within the area , clubs and restaurants). We also built a cold room to avoid melted blocks and to ensure we meet our daily projected turnover. We have dismantled our cold room, but a deep freezer can be substituted for preservation. So we advise you get a deep freezer or build a cold room at your location (Just a suggestion)
