That is a German Shepherd Dog(GSD).

He is looking like a Rottweiler pup. His coat color pattern, tail and ears are similar
Next is maybe a GSD. Only His ears and fur texture are close to theirs. But his coat color pattern is not similar.

He might be mixed with both breeds GSD and Rot.
