Pandemonium gripped the residents of Ikenne, Ogun State, yesterday after an IBEDC staff nearly died of electrocution due to negligence from colleagues. According to an eyewitness, the official came to repair a faulty wire in the area and his colleagues in their main office didn’t know he’s done and had to switch the line. He was later flogged down from the pole by the residents and rushed to Babcock University Teaching Hospital, were he’s currently receiving treatment.
