The best way to build sales is to build trust and to let trust happen, there must be positive engagement between the brand and the potential buyer.

For every business, making sales is important to the survival but a brand needs to constantly build trust and connection with people. This is important as doing so will help the brand do more than just solve their problem but enrich them. It's time to get doing more than just collecting money, there should be a measure of care and passion.


Enrichment is greater than sales and only a good engagement can evolve into a positive vibe for a brand. Quality friendship means enrichment and that is what relationship marketing would give to a brand. It is easier to get money from your friend that someone you do not know. This same principle applies to business as well.

This is why a brand must spend a portion of their marketing resources to sit in the minds of their potential customers and customers. It is important to be in their subconscious.

Strong and positive engagement is more than selling, it is living with the customer and potential customer. It is building a strong and endearing engagement called Relationship.

So, online marketing should build more of relationship marketing using digital tools by creating contents that attach this strategy rather than transactional marketing.

Henceforth, don't just sell, create a vibe to sell.
