Ranching still remains the best option and I think Kano state Gov have volunteer to accommodate all herdsmen while promising to also provide them with enough grazing land. The FG should therefore not be bent on taken peoples land against their will, it should be a choice and since Kano state have taken the lead to accommodate them all, this matter should be closed. If the herdsmen desire to familiarize themselves with other terrain they can do so on tourism level or in the course of transporting their animal for sale to other part of the country.
