Daniel Desmond Amofah, a.k.a. Etika, a mainstream gaming vlogger with more than 800,000 YouTube followers, has died at age 29. Amofah joined YouTube in 2012 and rapidly became well known posting comical gaming response videos. Before his YouTube days, he functioned as a model.
