Why not share this money one billion each to all the citizens? Why wasting these huge amount of money?

They share all this money and still the common man on the street doesn't feel the impact. I mean, did we elect this set of people just for the purpose of sharing money to themselves and their family members.
bros, this is federation allocation to be disbursed to each states for payment of workers salary.....are you ok? who is sharing wetin with who and family?
