He never won it in the first place

Those who voted for Buhari will still vote for him if another election was to be conducted. With Buhari, they just don't see any wrong doings in government, even though we all know he's not totally in control.

Also, those who voted Atiku will still vote for him as he was the only candidate that has a chance of dethroning Buhari.
