I don't understand Hw u guys want development with this level of illiteracy....are u trying to tell me that they aren't cows in benue,, so trying to make sure dis cows do not roam around the streets but be kept in an area is a security threat. u do not knw what u want.

They dont want herdsmen settlements simple. They are too dirty and generally a nuisance.

Other governors should speak out and jointly bury this Riga idea
