JUST IN: NIGER GUBERNATORIAL TRIBUNAL; GOVERNOR BELLO FAILS TO APPEAR AS COUNSEL CLOSES DEFENCE WITH NO WITNESS In continuation of hearing in the case of forgery brought against Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger state, at Niger state Gubertnatorial election petition tribunal, counsel to 1st respondent Abubakar Sani Bello, J.S. Kutepa SAN said he has opened and closed his case without calling any witness. Recall that, J.S. The witnesses he paid became afraid of committing perjury because Atiku is coming. Only Buhari is not afraid of 14 years. But it does not matter. |
