Good day friends, let look at this. though I don't have answer to it.
Take for instance, someone that graduated with 2.1/first class but graduated at least older age, let say 32yrs or so... and someone who graduated with 2.2/third class and graduated @ younger age .... btw these two categories, who is more likely to be employed in labour market and why? all things been equal.

A reasonable employer should look beyond grades however these days many employers attach age and grade to their requirements. Many recruiters may select the first class graduate when faced with difficult situation.
