It is possible you always log in through your mobile phone before and now trying to access it through computer.

This happened to someone I know some months back and it took us a week before we could rectify the problem.

Keep trying it on the one you always use to access your facebook account before, whether your phone or computer, it will still work.

Log in through internet explorer. Just follow the steps. Once u can recognise your friends. it will be activated back
