During the first Iconics rehearsals when Frodd's pettiness was about to ruin their preparation, Tacha found a way to contain her anger and coordinate her team till they won and she later confronted Frodd after they won. That's how a leader should behave not the dick-measuring contest between Seyi and Mike. Seyi is fvking petty and needs to grow up.

Mike is the leader of the team, he should have found a way to contain Seyi knowing how important he's to team.

The case of Tacha and Frood mirrors my stance. Tacha as the leader dropped her ego for Frood for the sake of the team. Why didn't Mike as the leader of Cruisetopian do same?

Seyi is very very petty and has an ego about him. As a leader, it's sometimes impossible to manage a team except you make some sacrifices. But I wouldn't want to have someone like Seyi in my team. He's too full of himself.
