She said she miscounted.
That she had 190 not 200.
Seems she earlier told Jeff that someone took her coins. Which is why she tried to clear it up before she gave Jeff her coins to count.

Ike didn't steal any coin. Mike revealed that Kim gave him coins. Ike's anger was because someone stole Expired Efe's coins which he was hoping to borrow from him. Ike is innocent.

Some housemates were discussing how it was a bad idea to lock your coins in the safety deposit boxes since some hms keys e.g Nelson's key, can open multiple boxes.
