Women react differently even in the same situation, there is no formula for it. Just like pregnancy, just like periods, just like wooing etc, same thing with rape. Some women fight back and resist successfully, some fight back then yield, some don't fight back at all because they are terrified, some yield immediately out of fear or shock that gives them partial paralysis and they just stay there like wood and don't move while their rapist has his way.
