It's not activated for an International transaction.

Get Zenith Bank or FCMB Mastercard and add it to your Nigerian Paypal to make payment.

Alternatively, switch to Naira payment on Facebook.

How about Amazon Kindle, what works best for it?

I see some research books on there that I will like to buy, but my card fails sometimes

Really can’t say, cause I’ve not done much of that recently.

But I presume same procedure would apply given it’s also an international payment platform.

Just work around it to see what works, and sure keep asking.
