Distinguished Senator (Dr.) Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, the Senator representing Anambra South in the ninth national assembly has described Sir (Dr.) Emeka Offor C. as a blessing to this generation, an institution and as a man of perseverance . Sen. Ubah said this on Saturday, 29th day of June, on the occasion of Dinner Party held in Abuja by the Friends of Sir (Dr.) Emeka Offor FOSE in his honor to mark the conferment of Doctorate Degree in Entrepreneurship (Honoris Causa)by Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Anambra State on 10th day of May, 2019.

In his statement, the national leader of Young Progressive Party (YPP) maintained that Sir Emeka Offor, a good man and a community developer has consistently remained a renowned philanthropist whose love for human capital development has brought about positive changes to Nigerians and his immediate environment.

The event which attracted the former Senate President, Senator Ken Nnamani; former Secretary General of Federation, Baba Gana Kingigbe; Senior Special Assistant, Media and Publicity to the Muhammadu Buhari, the Executive president of Nigeria, Garba Shehu; former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, former Governor of Enugu State, Sullivan Chime; Prof. Charles Soludo and many other prominent dignitaries was held at the Congress Hall of Transcorp Hotel, Abuja.
