IRW Sales Academy was birthed out of the need to bridge the sales gap between theory and practical. We want to take Diamonds in the Rough and polish them to become a Super Sales person.

We are currently recruiting a New Batch of Sales Trainees who are serious, hardworking, ready to learn and wants to build a career in Sales for our different clients.

Job Title: Sales Trainee

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements:
A Graduate with at least 3 months Sales experience. Work experience as a Direct Sales Agent is an advantage.
Not older than 28 years.
Not employed.
Living on the Island and its environs is an added advantage.

Skills and Qualifications:
Motivation for Sales, Exceptional Communication Skills, Meeting Sales Targets and Excellent Presentation Skills.
