I am sure their is a jail sentence for sleeping with someone, knowing you are HIV_positive and not informing them ab initio.

Even Atiku, the no 1 political figure in Adamawa PDP has condemned the act publicly rather than say "I don't know the extent of technology used".
Other PDP members and sympathizers are also totally against the barbaric act. He must be arrested and charged for assault and battery, regardless of party affiliation.
