I'd have listened to them before they went on strike, but since you obviously didn't you are going to have to beg us and listen to our demands now boss! |

If you are surprised they are on strike you should be sacked. Managers are supposed to be in tune with their workers.byou should have ears and eyes throughout the plant but obviously you are not aware of your job |
