Why do Igbo people eat ofe akwu (banga soup) with rice?
If it is a soup (ofe) it’s actually meant for swallows.
Is it eaten with eba and its many varieties but I’m yet to find out?

I don't think stew have Igbo name that why it's still called ofe

I have always taken it with rice..never had it with eba but that sounds like a nice idea
