Its very simple, the Nigerian constitution never stipulated that cattle rearing business is zoned to the northerners or fulanis. Very simple, let the business minded Nigerians from the western and eastern part of the country, especially the Igbos, go into cattle rearing business. This way, RUGA can favour everybody. Its equally a common sense. |
