Pls help a sister of mine.

This began last 2 months. And it has quickly spread all over her lap.

Pls if you know anything she can use to treat this illness effectively, pls kindly reply.

I have told her to go see a dermatologist and a gynaecologist

Although she is of the opinion that it's an infection problem.

But I told her I will upload it here to see if anything useful will surface..

There is only way to get to the root of the matter. Approach a hospital, explain your complain,get a proper diagnosis and take the necessary treatment.
It may be a very simple issue which a few tablets or injection can solve.
Now get some cash and go meet a doctor and I assure you that you will be fine.
