This is done through contract manufacture; yes you can start the production of Food and Herbal Products like Tea bags, Beverages (Fresh Juice, Fresh Smoothies, Iced Tea, Wine, Drink, Herbal Bitters, Yoghurt), Natural Oils, Pastries, Dry Grinded Cereals and Tubers, Spices, Honey, Re-packaging of bulk Food products, etc with ease at our Micro Factory in Lagos, Nigeria.
*We only accept the manufacture of Pure Organic products.
PAYMENT
For as low as N80,000 Monthly, N200,000 per Quarter (4 Months) or N 500,000 per Year.

- Full business start-up support services which includes One-day Training on Good hygienic Practice for Food Handlers
- Preparation of your business plan and feasibility study (5 working days)

- NAFDAC Registration of products (3 Months)

- Full access to our Micro Scale Factory for your production
- Established entitlement to our trained production staff services, warehousing for storage, Production equipment, Laboratory (on contract), vehicle parking space and Free Consulting Services.
All you need to do is provide your Raw Materials and Packaging Materials, then leave the rest to us.

After acceptance, you will be taken through a brief training session which will end with the endorsement of contract agreement. You will have full access to the production factory for continuous use, staff and equipment for the commercial production of your products based on the PLAN you chose.

2. NAFDAC Approved Factory with complete Work Flow
3. Production facility with all necessary equipment for the production of all Food and Herbal products (dry, paste, liquid, etc).
4. Complete required, spacious apartments (Cloak Room, Raw Materials Room, Packaging Material Room with installed UV light, Dry and Wet Production Rooms, Mini Laboratory, Finished Product Store with Pallets) for production activities as required by Regulatory Agencies.
5. Advanced Water treatment facility with prompt chlorination process in place
6. Work apparels (Coats, Apron, Nurse cap, Nose mask, Foot wears, ear stopper and Hand gloves of various materials, etc.)
7. Qualified and Medically certified staff with Food Production experiences coupled with GHP and HSE certifications.
8. Administrative office for your administrative work and meetings with clients
9. Staff and guests toilets

Happy Fresh is a registered Trademark of The Karen’s Yummy Enterprises. It is an initiative that is born out of humanitarian passion to fight hunger and diseases in Africa particularly among women through awareness with simple, non-scientific terms to explain science and the manufactures of safe and healthy food and herbal products of only natural ingredients to promote safety and good health.

MISSION
The mission of HFMMI is to help the average African woman realize that the world is right in her palms if only she has the simple right information.

RATIONAL
Achieving Zero Hunger and Freedom from Diseases in Africa in our lifetime can only be possible if the average woman is healthy and gainfully employed. Ensuring that no child goes to bed hungry and the poorest, most vulnerable individuals in this continent can access the nutritious food and efficacious medicines they need will be made easy if the most simple awareness is created.

(THE MOST SIMPLE AWARENESS)
Africa is blessed with rich vegetation that are embedded with all the nutrition and medicines we need to live a healthy life. Whereas, if the right nutrition be imbibed, there will be no much need for the medicines, “let thy food be thy medicine…”
The pitiable situation of the African continent loosing faith in their natural inheritance of good food and herbal medicines need to be addressed. Most highly soughted ingredients for food and drug productions in many developed countries originates from Africa. Yet, most of the consumers of the imported finished products are the African elites.
The awareness is a call back home to our origin, to harness our herbs (both culinary and medicinal) and make the best and right use of them. The African youth stands a chance to make this change especially the black woman who has gone through the furnace of hunger, marginalization and diseases.
Gone are the days when indigenous herbalist are perceived to be dirty and diabolic, yet we spend fortune purchasing the advanced packaged herbal products from foreign countries.
Genetically modified Plants are gradually eroding into our same helpless markets, endangering more lives. Whereas one can hardly move a distance without passing cross a healing plant around here. This is a strong belief; every problem in the universe gravitates towards its solution. The solution to Malnutrition and Diseases lies within our same inflicted society.

THE INITIATIVE is a contract manufacturing scheme for organic products
We seek female candidates of the highest integrity and professionalism who share our humanitarian principles to fill this gap in the manufacture of organic herbal products (teas, spices, sweetners and drinks) targeted at nutritional supplements and healing just like we do.

AIM
1. To help convince our people of the efficacy of herbal teas and infusions from Nigeria and Africa and to encourage its patronage through expert formulations, hygienic production processes, adequate vendor qualifications and process monitoring.
2. To combat hunger and unemployment among women in Africa by setting up micro scale industries for organic foods and herbs.
3. To facilitate the spread of the knowledge of Scoby and the benefits of making and consumption of Kombucha (a fermented fizzy tea) against carbonated drinks and highly alcoholic drinks as a means of battling diseases.

A line clearance operating system exists to accommodate variants of products with a stipulated production schedule. This means that different foods, spices or herbs will be processed in one factory without a counter contamination.

CAPACITY
The capacity of production is dependent on the financial capability of the client (brand owner) to fund the production process and the installed capacity of the equipment and at the Happy Fresh factory which accommodates Fifteen Micro companies per annum.
