Lawyers in the house, kindly help put more light to the oyetola/ adeleke judgement.
It was said to have been thrown out due to the absence of one Justice Obiorah who was the lead judge in the tribunal but wasn't available on the day the judgement was delivered.
is this enough reason for Oyetola to be declared winner?
Also what is the consequence of the judgement on the Justice and shoulder any disciplinary action be taken against him
