RUGA SETTLEMENT!!!!!!

I salute the stiff opposition with which some refined and proactive Minds and Groups greeted this obnoxious policy. The inordinate ambition of Power intoxicated Northern Leaders to import foreigners of same Islamic inclination and settle them in the south for future elections so that the North will continue to clinch on to power is being summarily twisted.
