Following the rape scandal that is bedevilling the founder of Common Wealth of Zone Assembly, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo by Busola Dakolo that she was raped when she was 17 year old (that's 20 years ago). Pastor Fatoyinbo has not denied that he slept with her, but the wife Modele has come out to say she know her husband can not rape anyone even as an unbeliever. Just like Biodun's wife, many believed she was not raped but what they had was consexual sex with her former pastor at age 17, though some are saying having sex with a girl of 17 even if she consented is "statutory rape".
Now the question on the lips of many is, is it right to have consexual sex with a girl that is less than 18 years of age?

Each state takes a different approach as the age of consent has ranged from 14 to 18.
