Disregard for the rule of law automatically leads to civil disobedience. If Jonathan had jailed Buhari when Boko Haram nominated PMB as their spokesman, I am sure his supporters would have killed lots of innocent citizens. The presidency should respect the rule of law, we are not in a military era. |
