Anumudu and his foolery, the tactless blackmailer and his dubious Mail leakers

......Court instituted in January,abandoned and now breaking news in July

....EFCC Petitioned in March 2019 and abandoned in May 2019 after they sighted a copy of the letter gifting the said car to Oye by Himphrey Anumudu.

.....Social media trail via his Co-travellers leaked email in July 2019. We are not daft.

Anumudu will not tell them the truth of the matter.

The truth is as follows:

1. Some time in July 2018 Humphrey Anumudu called Victor Oye who was holidaying in London and told him that he had a surprise package for him for his 62nd birthday. Oye's birthday is Juky 17. But Oye not amused asked him what the package was all about. Oye told him he didn't need any surprise package but rather insisted he should reveal what the surprise package was. After several days, he told Oye that it was a birthday gift of Landcruiser car and that his son in law had delivered the car to his house. Oye asked him to go and remove it.
It was after a long period of pleading that lasted over two weeks that he offered to write a personal letter dated August 1, 2018 gifting the car to Oye. He later on insistence brought the original particulars of the vehicle as well. Oye directed that no member of his family should drive car. All the stories by Anumudu were a mere after-thought and well-choreographed to blackmail Oye. Unbelievably, the car is still packed the same way it was delivered in July 2018.

2. Humphrey was a regular visitor to Oye's homes in the village and Lagos where he was lavishly entertained each time he visited.

3. That Anumudu after losing the primary in October/November 2018, started pressing for a return of SUV having crossed over to ZLP. There was never a time the issue of primary was mentioned throughout the communication between Anumudu and Oye.

4. That the previous letter he shared on Facebook with 28 November 2018 date on it was full of concocted lies and blackmail

5. That he (Humphrey) went to court in January 2019. Oye matched him with a SAN. When he realized that the game was going against him after the SAN had filed a reply to Humphrey's lawyers' submission in court. He abandoned the court case and ran to EFCC. He petitioned the EFCC against the wife of Oye.

6. In his submission at EFCC he had deliberately concealed the facts of the matter and instead told them bare-faced lies by twisting the truth to suit his wicked plot.

7. EFCC invited Oye's wife in May 2019. It was there that she tendered the same letter gifting the car to Oye by Anumudu. She also told the EFCC operatives that the matter had been taken to court by Anumudu. This infuriated the operatives who said clearly that by hiding the facts from them Anumudu would have put them in trouble with the court. They took Mrs. Oye's statement, apologized and asked her to go. Humphrey was later reprimanded for lying and bringing a case he abandoned in court to EFCC and when confronted he begged for forgiveness.

9. In May 2019, 8 clear months after, a certain Anambra politician approached Anumudu requesting him to give him the fictitious petition to enable him to use the same to blackmail Oye and stop his second term bid before Governor Obiano. He also told Anumudu that he was going to give the fake documents to his media attack dogs, including Eneh who is now working for him based on an alliance with G-Wagon and Oraifite.

10. Anumudu's fictitious petition now found itself in the leaked email for social media trail. Everyday in the media they try effortlessly to misinform the reading public.

11. All the noise in the media by Oye's traducers is a plot to stop Obiano and APGA in 2022. And we know the truth.

This is the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
