REJOINDER !!!

The attention of the body of LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMEN OF LAGOS STATE has been drawn to the publication made by SAHARA REPORTERS (Sr 10/07/2019) on breach of NFIU GUILDLINES by His Excellency, The Executive Governor of Lagos State - Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

For the avoidance of doubt, we categorically state that not only is the publication pungent as alleged, it is absolutely mischievous in content and intended to embarrass the Executive Governor and NFIU!

The purported report on ALIMISHO LOCAL GOVERNMENT FUNDS by SAHARA REPORTERS IS MOST UNTRUE, EMBARRASSING AND NAUSEATING !!

We respectfully submit that LAGOS STATE ADMINISTRATION is years ahead in financial propietty and obligations to her surrogate Local Governments and has not, will NOT deliberately or otherwise commit or engage in practises that are not in tandem with NFIU or LOCAL GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATIONS OF LAGOS STATE.

Signed.

CONFERENCE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMEN OF LAGOS STATE.
